Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product has manufacturing defects

The request must be made within 7 days after receiving the product.

Refund Process  

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.

Refund timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after approval.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy  

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy   

Product exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Delivery Charges  

  Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
